"Event Horizon" Finalist in the 8th Ruth Inglefield Composition Contest

Event Horizon: The Point of No Return, has been selected as one of the five finalists in the 8th Ruth Inglefield Composition Contest, organized by the USA International Harp Competition! Out of 73 submissions from around the globe, our composition stood out, and this recognition is a huge honour for us.

Event Horizon was created in collaboration with my all-time music duo partner, Soheil Shayesteh. The piece was written for our talented friend and harpist Joost Willemze who has already performed it on many stages across the Netherlands and Brazil. Therefore, with all the memories we have created and the challenges we went through to bring this piece to life, this achievement is very meaningful and special for us to realize that our efforts have been validated and recognized by such a prestigious organization.

We are so inspired and excited for the next chapter of this piece’s story. We are currently working on recording Event Horizon with 7 Mountain Records, bringing it closer to listeners worldwide. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting project!
